Responsibilities
Prospect & Acquire: Proactively identify and engage potential clients interested in influencer marketing and related services.
Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through market research, outreach, and networking.
Client Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers at game publishers and partner organizations.
Sales Execution: Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Negotiation & Deal Structuring: Negotiate and structure partnership agreements that deliver value for both the company and the client.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and activation strategies aligned with client goals.
Campaign Optimization: Monitor campaign performance and provide regular insights and reports to clients.
Talent Identification: Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify new sellable talents and opportunities.
Process Management: Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure seamless contract execution and billing.
Margin Management: Collaborate with Client Solutions and Finance to maintain healthy margin profiles.
Forecasting & Strategy: Support management in immediate and annual forecasting, revenue projections, and goal setting.
Mentorship: Guide and coach current and future team members to strengthen their sales and negotiation capabilities.
Requirements

Proven track record of success in sales and business development
Experience in a leadership or managerial capacity
