About the role

  • Prospect & Acquire: Proactively identify and engage potential clients interested in influencer marketing and related services.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through market research, outreach, and networking.
  • Client Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers at game publishers and partner organizations.
  • Sales Execution: Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Negotiation & Deal Structuring: Negotiate and structure partnership agreements that deliver value for both the company and the client.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and activation strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Campaign Optimization: Monitor campaign performance and provide regular insights and reports to clients.
  • Talent Identification: Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify new sellable talents and opportunities.
  • Process Management: Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure seamless contract execution and billing.
  • Margin Management: Collaborate with Client Solutions and Finance to maintain healthy margin profiles.
  • Forecasting & Strategy: Support management in immediate and annual forecasting, revenue projections, and goal setting.
  • Mentorship: Guide and coach current and future team members to strengthen their sales and negotiation capabilities.
