Responsibilities
- Develop performance parts and field services that enhance customer’s process reliability and sustainability
- Plan, coordinate, and execute RTD projects across a wide spectrum of technologies
- Lead Research and technology development (RTD) initiatives and drive innovation from idea generation to product or service launch
Requirements
- Experience from R&D
- Strong project management, facilitation and problem-solving skills
- Initiative to build a contact network in international context
- B.Sc. or preferably M.Sc. degree in Engineering (e.g. Mechanical engineering, manufacturing, process, materials, or production technologies)
- Experience in research or technology or product development related project management
- Earlier experience in functional coatings, additive manufacturing, engineering, digital services, laboratory analysis, supplier management, sustainability development, or manufacturing development
- Customer and business focused mindset
- Ability to work independently in a global organization
- Willingness to work hands-on in all potential tasks included in RTD
- Fluent written and oral communication and presentation skills in English
- Finnish language skill preferred
- Excellent IT skills and experience working with data
- Possibility to travel occasionally
