- You perform manual tests meticulously, based on real user scenarios and business cases.
- You document defects precisely, assess their impact on the user experience, and report them clearly (e.g., via Jira & Confluence).
- You collaborate closely with our QA Engineers during test-case reviews and coordinate with developers to analyze issues.
- You pay attention to user flows, functional weaknesses, and details that automated tests often miss.
- You use browser developer tools and have basic experience with tools like Postman for API testing.
- You test with curiosity, critical thinking, and a strong sense of user expectations.
Requirements
- Initial experience in manual software testing or quality assurance, ideally in a web or SaaS environment
- Solid technical understanding and first exposure to APIs and web technologies
- Structured, meticulous working style and strong documentation skills
- Team player, dependable, with a keen eye for functional details and hidden bugs
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and browser developer tools is a plus
- Excellent German (C2 or native) and strong English (at least B2+) spoken and written
