Responsibilities
Test Our Products Thoroughly: Design and execute detailed test plans and test cases to ensure the performance, functionality, and usability of our mobile and web applications.
Detect and Report Bugs: Identify, document, and track software bugs in collaboration with developers, ensuring they are clearly communicated and resolved efficiently.
Contribute to Automation: Write and maintain automated test scripts to improve efficiency and ensure consistency across releases.
Ensure Smooth Releases: Participate in regression, smoke, and exploratory testing to validate that new features and updates meet quality standards.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to understand requirements, provide feedback, and enhance product quality from early stages.
Monitor and Improve QA Processes: Suggest improvements to current QA workflows, tools, and reporting methods to increase test coverage and effectiveness.
Requirements
QA Experience: You have 1–3 years of experience in manual or automated testing in fast-paced product environments.
Analytical Thinking: You have a sharp eye for details and a structured approach to uncovering potential issues before users do.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with QA tools such as JIRA, TestRail, Postman, and at least one test automation framework (e.g., Selenium, Appium).
Team Player: You collaborate well with engineers, designers, and product managers to solve problems and deliver quality outcomes.
