About the role
- QA Automation Engineer at Aristocrat ensuring quality and performance of gaming solutions globally.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement test plans and manual test cases.
- Perform automation testing on projects.
- Make decisions on automation tools to determine the best automation approaches.
- Submit and track product issues found during testing to ensure they are resolved.
- Provide input to daily project status reports for each assigned project.
- Reproduce issues when necessary to assist software development in resolving them.
- Provide feedback for continuous test improvement.
- Identify, isolate, and document bugs clearly and concisely in a bug tracker in English.
- Identify, analyze, and describe any production-related issues.
- Research and propose new practices and technologies to improve our processes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of manual QA experience and 3+ years of QA automation experience.
- Proven hands-on experience in QA and testing.
- Extensive experience developing automation testing using Playwright UI and API testing, K6 Performance testing.
- Significant experience developing manual testing using TestRail.
- Significant practical knowledge in Typescript development languages.
- Proven experience with performance testing, stability, and latency of web API.
- Vast experience writing test strategies, test cases, and end-to-end testing of web-based products.
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms, systems, and QA procedures.
- Enthusiasm for testing, scalable systems, and QA methodologies.
- Previous experience leading quality assurance strategy.
- Innovative problem solver with excellent communication and listening skills.
- Practical familiarity with Git.
