Responsibilities
- Work in a team using Agile methodologies and DevOps;
- Perform functional, regression and integration software testing;
- Create and execute test plans and test cases;
- Analyze results and report identified issues;
- Use automation tools to accelerate the testing process;
- Collaborate with the team to track tests and use test management and bug-tracking tools.
Requirements
- Experience working in teams using Agile methodologies and DevOps;
- Knowledge of Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure and GCP;
- Strong understanding of software testing practices and techniques, including different test types (functional, regression, integration, etc.), creating test cases, executing tests and analyzing results;
- Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, JUnit or other tools for system testing;
- Basic programming knowledge in languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, C# or other languages used in software development, useful for advanced testing and debugging;
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and bug-tracking tools (e.g., Bugzilla, JIRA) to monitor test progress and report issues;
- Desired: Knowledge of contact center platforms (Nice, Genesys, Avaya).
