Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI agents (tool calling, multi-step workflows, state management).
- Contribute to implementing orchestration graphs (LangGraph) for specific use cases.
- Implement RAG pipelines (ingestion, chunking, indexing, retrieval, rewriting, context management).
- Integrate external tools (business APIs, DMS/document management systems, email, webhooks) ensuring security and access control.
- Expose AI capabilities via APIs (FastAPI or equivalent) with stable, documented contracts.
- Define and execute tests (unit, functional), implement guardrails, and ensure GDPR compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong mastery of Python (typing, Pydantic, asyncio, packaging, testing) with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
- Proven experience in API development (FastAPI or equivalent).
- Knowledge of AI agent design and, ideally, experience with frameworks such as LangChain/LangGraph.
- Solid SQL skills (PostgreSQL preferred).
