Project Manager for Mosaic's North American Project Management team, managing live events and client relationships. Responsible for project planning, scope management, and delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities
Clear understanding of project scope and client budget
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resourcing /capacity, and budgets based on project requirements.
Work closely with internal teams to execute the client's vision while adhering to budget and timeline constraints.
Provide regular updates on project progress, changes, and milestones.
Coordinates, leads, recaps all internal and/or external project status meetings (kick-off, status updates, financial reviews, post project review)
Anticipate and address potential challenges or changes to the project scope.
Work collaboratively with clients to find solutions that align with their goals and expectations.
Responsible for partnering with the Buyer to set-up vendor based on client and Mosaic requirements.
Ensure that all aspects of the event meet or exceed the client's standards and expectations.
Gather feedback for client’s post-event to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field
3-5 years of relevant work experience
PMP certification is not required for this role, possessing one would be viewed as a valuable asset
Proven experience as a Project Manager in live events.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Flexibility to work irregular hours, as required by live event schedules.
