- Conduct surveys, analyze team feedback, and create actionable strategies to improve team satisfaction and quality of work.
- Mentor and coach team members to develop their quality engineering and professional skills.
- Escalate potential issues or blockers to Side and client's leadership in a timely and constructive manner.
- Manage administrative functions such as tracking shipments, hardware, work hours, census data, and attendance.
- Coordinate recruiting efforts—track hiring needs, follow up with recruiters, and ensure timelines are met.
- Prepare and distribute daily reports summarizing key updates and progress.
Requirements
- Exceptional judgment in decision-making.

- Skilled in JIRA, including running custom queries and reports.
