About the role

  • You take the lead in turning creative event concepts into reality — delivering unique events and satisfied clients.
  • You build and nurture client relationships within your projects, provide needs-based advice, and lead project meetings.
  • You coordinate and manage all vendors involved in your events and plan the resources for your project teams.
  • You price new proposals, monitor your budgets, and handle project accounting — including reporting and documentation.
  • You continuously develop our live, online and hybrid formats and contribute to cross-team projects.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/business training or an equivalent qualification
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in event management, including contract negotiations, pitches, budgeting and leading small teams
  • Confident communication skills in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Proficient with common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Team-oriented, structured working style, consulting, negotiation and problem-solving skills, and commercial/business acumen
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 15% of the role)
