Benefits
Working at eye level: flat hierarchies, appreciative leadership and transparent decision-making — here what matters is what you can do, not your title.

Learning & development that’s fun: from Learning Weeks with top speakers, AI courses on our Switch platform, to LinkedIn training with a paid photoshoot — we want to help you grow.
A culture that connects: with foosball evenings, team challenges, our big annual Celebrate party and regular feel‑good activities — for greater community and team spirit.
International projects with a wow factor: our talents work on exciting projects — from Vienna to Madrid to Namibia — always with new and interesting challenges.
Mental health & wellbeing in focus: through OpenUp we provide access to conversations with psychologists, coaching and meditation sessions — because your mental health matters to us.
Sustainability with real impact: our CSR team is actively involved in cleanup actions, donation projects, our MCI book club and much more to support the environment and society — because sustainable action is a mindset for us, not a trend.
Equality is a given: we offer fair salary bands and no gender pay gap — equal opportunity and diversity are part of our everyday reality.
An office that feels like home: modern technology, cozy seating areas, phone booths, swing seats — we provide everything so you can reach your full potential.
Oh — and your furry friend is welcome too!
More than just a salary: 30 days of vacation for full-time, paid special leave, JobRad leasing, subsidy for the Deutschlandticket — so you get the support you want.
