About the role

Responsibilities
- Manages waste water, water treatment, and streetscape construction projects from inception to completion as a general contractor.
- Provides and drives the project vision established in collaboration with the client.

- Oversees construction projects and develops a master project schedule.
- Conducts regular project inspections and advises project supervision on work progress and quality.
Requirements
- B.S. Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience working for a similarly positioned contractor as a Project Manager.
- Project size ranges from $1 million to $10 million.
- Previous experience working as a Foreman or Superintendent on similar projects a plus.
- Estimating experience, a strong plus.
- Proven ability to create and manage budget.
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail oriented.
- Proficient in technology (MS Office Suite, Primavera, AutoCAD, Vista).
