About the role

Responsibilities
- Take ownership of complex, high-impact projects from contract award through to installation and in-service support
- Lead planning, execution, supplier coordination and reporting, ensuring each project is delivered safely, on time and within budget
- Work closely with the Head of Operations to develop GT Wings operational systems, supplier network and delivery processes
Requirements
- 3+ years experience managing projects within marine, shipping, manufacturing or related technical industries
- Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Understanding of procurement and supply chain processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project or similar planning tools
- The ability to collaborate effectively with suppliers, clients and internal stakeholders
- A proactive mindset, detail focus and enthusiasm for innovation and sustainability
- A degree (or equivalent) in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field is advantageous as is any familiarity with quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001) or previous exposure to start-up or growth-stage environments
