Responsibilities
Act as the link between engineering, production, and operations to ensure smooth project execution
Translate technical concepts into actionable production steps and priorities
Coordinate project timelines, daily activities, and task assignments within the production team
Track progress, identify risks, and proactively remove obstacles to maintain delivery targets
Support process improvement initiatives and the implementation of new tools or methods
Collaborate with engineers to maintain accurate documentation and technical records
Communicate effectively with internal teams and suppliers to align expectations and timelines
Would be part of the production team and will report to Project Manager.
Requirements
**Must-Have**
Degree in engineering or a related technical field
2–5 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or operations within a technical environment
Strong understanding of project planning, coordination, and execution
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation
Excellent communication and organizational skills
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail
Experience in aerospace, defense, or high-tech manufacturing is an advantage
