About the role

  • Oversee all aspects of testing programs and ensure quality
  • Drive efficiency, effectiveness, and reliability in testing processes
  • Collaborate with Compliance functions Program and/or Testing leads
  • Perform hot or cold review on testing activities
  • Report status and issues to Segment Compliance Executives and Global Compliance Testing Lead
  • Provide expertise and guidance on testing methodologies and processes
  • Represent ICS and Asia Segment in the Global Testing Committee.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in internal/external audit or regulatory compliance
  • Expertise in at least one of the following areas: Overall AML, Privacy, or Distribution
  • 1-2 years leadership experience
  • Familiarity with compliance documentation database/tools
  • College/University Degree and/or equivalent experience in Education, Legal, Finance, Business, or related fields
  • Moderate to advanced training in MS Excel including using formulas, macros and report formatting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong technology skills including knowledge of applicable compliance or business systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Project management skills.
