Integrators services a.s.Tester/Test Lead, SME Lending
Senior Tester role responsible for active testing and leading test processes in SME Lending project. Contributing to improve lending processes for Raiffeisenbank.
About the role
- Capco is in search of a bilingual (French and English) Program Manager / QA Lead for the uplift and transformation of an enterprise-wide QA organization.
- Define and execute a roadmap focusing on short-term delivery stabilization and driving towards long-term maturity goals.
- Serve as a QA Subject Matter Expert, providing strategic guidance on QA execution and strategy to improve delivery predictability, quality, and efficiency.
- Manage QA teams and programs end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes across multiple initiatives.
- Establish governance frameworks, reporting cadences, and KPI dashboards to drive transparency, accountability, and measurable business value.
- Implement standardized QA frameworks and best practices, aligning test management, defect triage, and reporting across teams.
- Oversee QA delivery performance, driving backlog management, risk mitigation, and productivity improvement.
- Accelerate test automation adoption through pilot programs and CI/CD integration.
- Lead shift-left and shift-right quality initiatives, enabling early defect detection, continuous validation, and observability.
- Coach and mentor QA managers and teams, closing skill gaps and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with client QA leads and cross-functional partners to ensure end-to-end test coverage and requirements traceability.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring alignment, satisfaction, and delivery assurance.
Requirements
- Proven experience (10+ years) as a Program Manager / QA Lead or similar role.
- Bilingual French/English required
- Must be based in Montreal
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
- Strong organizational skills.
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
