- Support the organization and monitoring of project deliverables, assisting in deadline and workload management across different teams;
- Participate in alignment meetings with internal teams, documenting information and tracking follow-ups;
- Create commercial presentations and sales support materials;
- Collaborate in tracking project KPIs and maintaining financial monitoring spreadsheets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Public Relations, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;
- Basic knowledge of project management and an interest in commercial planning;
- Familiarity with tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Canva;
- Communicative, organized, and strategically minded profile;
- Availability to work in a hybrid format in Porto Alegre.
