About the role
- Specialist in Process Automation (RPA) for digital transformation projects at Extractta. Analyzing and implementing automated solutions to optimize business processes.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and understand existing business processes, identifying opportunities for automation.
- Design, develop, and implement bots and automated workflows using RPA tools (Robotic Process Automation).
- Create scripts, connectors, and integrations between internal systems, databases, and APIs.
- Automate tasks such as approvals, notifications, transfers, and real-time data handling.
- Ensure automations are integrated with corporate systems, guaranteeing interoperability and security.
- Monitor and maintain automations in production, performing adjustments and continuous improvements.
- Document solutions and train end users on how to use the automations created.
- Contribute to a culture of digital transformation and the dissemination of automation best practices.
Requirements
- Proficiency in RPA tools (Robotic Process Automation) — preferably Microsoft Power Automate (Power Platform).
- Knowledge of databases, API integrations, and workflow automation.
- Experience with automation logic and business process modeling (BPM).
- Ability to create automations integrated with web applications, ERP systems, and internal corporate systems.
- Understanding of bot security and governance concepts.
- Certifications in Power Platform, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Experience in digital transformation and operational efficiency projects.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, or VBA).
- Experience monitoring and maintaining bots in production.
