About the role

  • Assist with pricing initiatives to improve customer service delivery
  • Create pricing scenarios for fee arrangement development
  • Support development and administration of pricing tools
  • Provide timely, accurate, and relevant client/matter financial information
  • Build forecasting models considering multiple levers and outcomes
  • Analyze data sets, provide commentaries, and align conclusions to audience
  • Proactively assess impact of historic data on future outcomes
  • Identify opportunities for automation in pricing processes
  • Perform other duties, as assigned
  • Be present at work during regularly scheduled working hours and as needed, consistent with the firm’s attendance expectations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Accounting, Statistics, or Business
  • Minimum of 3 years professional financial experience
  • Law firm, service firm, or related experience
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams
  • Superior analytical & financial skills
  • Proficiency with web-based systems
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with database & financial reporting tools
  • SQL & Microsoft SharePoint experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal & consensus-building skills
