About the role
- Define and execute the strategy for our Modern Work and Application Development practices, fostering a cohesive and integrated approach to client solutions.
- Provide strategic direction, mentorship, and day-to-day oversight to ensure your team delivers innovative, high-quality solutions.
- Take ownership of team utilisation and performance by monitoring capacity, aligning resources with project demands, and fostering a culture of accountability.
- Guide the design, development, and delivery of solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Application Modernisation, custom applications, integrations, and generative AI.
- Drive new business through technical pre-sales engagements, including solution architecture, client workshops, and proposal development.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
- Act as a billable resource for strategic and high-value customer engagements, demonstrating expertise and setting a standard for delivery.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in IT consulting, application development, or modern workplace transformation, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in pre-sales and solution architecture with deep expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform), Azure, and emerging technologies like generative AI.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and manage complex client relationships.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present compelling technical solutions.
- A strategic and innovative mindset with a track record of fostering continuous improvement.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related technical or business field.
