About the role
- Power Apps Engineer designing, developing, and maintaining business-critical applications using Microsoft Power Platform. Collaborating with remote U.S. team and ensuring best practices in a hybrid role.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain canvas and model-driven Power Apps
- Design and automate workflows using Power Automate
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, and other data sources
- Ensure performance, security, and governance best practices are followed
- Collaborate with analysts, developers, and U.S.-based stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into working solutions
- Document system designs, workflows, and key components
- Support deployed apps, monitor performance, and troubleshoot issues
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews in an agile environment
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 , Dataverse , SharePoint , and Azure services
- Familiarity with Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) and custom connectors is a plus
- Optional but preferred : Experience with .NET and C# for backend integrations, Azure Functions, or custom APIs
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent English communication skills , both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and ability to collaborate remotely
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience
