About the role
- Build a multi-centre data infrastructure for cardiac electrophysiology data
- Support system development for the MRC-funded OpenEP|NET study
- Perform technical processing and data management of clinical electrophysiology datasets
- Apply data science and statistical techniques to address clinical problems
- Work closely with existing study team and interdisciplinary collaborators
- Support development of processing pipelines, databases and reporting
Requirements
- Relevant domain knowledge relating to cardiac electrophysiology
- Excellence in Python software development for scientific computing
- Strong knowledge and experience of database software including SQL
- Prior experience handling large quantities of clinical or non-clinical real-world data, preferably in a data manager role
- Experience applying statistical and data science techniques to address real-world clinical problems
- Will be required to evidence right to work in the UK
