About the role
- Oracle Functional Financial Lead Assistant Manager responsible for leading Oracle Fusion Financial configurations and implementations. Collaborating with stakeholders and managing a team of consultants in a hybrid setup.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and configuration of Oracle Fusion Financial modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Advanced Collections, Fixed Assets, Cash and Expenses Management, Sub-Ledger Accounting and Accounting Hub Cloud
- Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.
- Conduct requirement analysis sessions with business stakeholders and recommend best practices.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of functional consultants.
- Ensure documentation such as fit gap documents, configuration documents, test scripts and user training materials are created and maintained.
- Create solutions for a process area independently in client facing environment
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional issues.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; Masters degree preferred.
- 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financial modules.
- Proven experience in leading at least 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financial implementations.
- Proven experience in designing Integrations to/From Oracle Cloud From/To 3rd party systems like Salesforce, Zuora, Bank, RevPro etc.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
