- Day-to-day operation of the lab environment

- Automation of security infrastructure testing
- Automation of Staging / Pre-Provisioning
- Testing and troubleshooting of new equipment
- Validation of operational procedures / manuals
- Roll-out of solutions
- Assist, implement and guide migration to new solutions
- Higher level support for migrations and delivered solutions
- Create and maintain operational procedures and manuals
- Report drafting (activity report, test report…)
- Issue tracking and follow-up with vendors and partners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science, combined with relevant professional experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Dutch and/or French is considered an asset.
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
- Knowledge of computer networking and network security
- Some experience with network infrastructure deployment and maintenance is a plus
- Experience with Linux (CLI and network configuration)
- Familiarity with automation tools (such as Ansible) and scripting languages (like bash or python) is an advantage
