About the role
- Improve fabrication processes and fabricate superconducting circuits in a cleanroom; characterize devices, analyze data, and support nanofabrication facility operations.
Responsibilities
- Improve the current fabrication process to increase the quality and parameters reproducibility
- Fabricate superconducting circuits in a cleanroom environment
- Perform characterization of manufactured devices (SEM, AFM, basic room temperature measurements, etc.)
- Conduct data analysis and write reports to the rest of the company, to help the definition of DoE and improvement plan
- Stay up to date, in the state-of-the-art fabrication process of Superconducting Qubit.
- Participate in the operation of our future nanofab facilty by taking the responsibility of one or two proces equipment.
- Identify and implement improvements in hardware capabilities to enhance production efficiency.
Requirements
- **Educational Background**: A phd or master’s degree in nanofabrication, physical characterization, semiconductors or equivalent
- **Experience**: 3+ of cleanroom experience
- **Technical Skills**:
- 100 kV Ebeam lithography
- Laser lithography, wet and dry chemical etching, thin film deposition
- Material and device characterization methods
- **Key Competencies**:
