About the role

  • The Mid-weight Designer is responsible for delivering creative, high-quality design work across multiple formats, bridging concept and execution.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to design and deliver high-quality creative assets across digital, social, and print formats.
  • Generate conceptual design responses to briefs, translating strategic principles into visually engaging solutions.
  • Assist the Creative Lead in developing presentations that effectively communicate creative rationale and strategic vision.
  • Manage the roll-out and adaptation of final assets, ensuring consistency, accuracy and visual integrity across formats.
  • Liaise with internal teams and, when appropriate, clients, to align creative outputs with project goals.
  • Plan and manage workload efficiently, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Stay current with design trends, tools and cultural movements, experimenting with new creative approaches.
  • Design and develop visually compelling presentations and reports for internal and external clients using PowerPoint, Keynote, and presentation tools.
  • Create and maintain brand consistency across presentations, reports, templates, and design assets.
  • Incorporate dynamic elements such as animations, transitions, and multimedia to enhance engagement and storytelling.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of professional experience in design, preferably within an agency or creative studio environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both conceptual and executional design work across multiple channels.
  • Proven ability to balance creativity, detail and delivery in fast-paced projects.
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; basic motion or 3D experience is a plus but not essential.
  • Strong understanding of typography, composition and visual hierarchy with a genuine passion for design quality.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to handle multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Clear and professional communicator, comfortable working with creative leads, project managers and clients.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to understand briefs and audiences, creating relevant, purposeful design outcomes.
  • Willingness to learn, iterate and evolve creative approaches in line with feedback and emerging trends.
  • Curiosity for experimenting with new techniques, tools and design formats.
