About the role

  • We are seeking a Senior Process Consultant to work on process mapping, optimization, and continuous improvement projects, with a focus on financial, tax, and accounting areas.
  • This person will be responsible for documenting BPMN flows, gathering requirements, performing root cause analysis, and supporting system implementations, ensuring operational efficiency and integration across business areas.

Requirements

  • Experience with process mapping and improvement;
  • Knowledge of process modeling and documentation tools;
  • Participation in continuous improvement projects and system implementations;
  • Ability to analyze data, elicit requirements, and propose solutions;
  • Good communication, organization, and time management skills;
  • Ability to work in a team and lead meetings;
  • Analytical, proactive, and adaptable profile.
  • Differentials: Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and tax systems;
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma);
  • Experience in projects within financial, tax, or accounting areas;
  • Comfortable delivering training and sharing best practices.
