About the role
- We are seeking a Senior Process Consultant to work on process mapping, optimization, and continuous improvement projects, with a focus on financial, tax, and accounting areas.
- This person will be responsible for documenting BPMN flows, gathering requirements, performing root cause analysis, and supporting system implementations, ensuring operational efficiency and integration across business areas.
Requirements
- Experience with process mapping and improvement;
- Knowledge of process modeling and documentation tools;
- Participation in continuous improvement projects and system implementations;
- Ability to analyze data, elicit requirements, and propose solutions;
- Good communication, organization, and time management skills;
- Ability to work in a team and lead meetings;
- Analytical, proactive, and adaptable profile.
- Differentials: Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and tax systems;
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma);
- Experience in projects within financial, tax, or accounting areas;
- Comfortable delivering training and sharing best practices.
