About the role

  • Assist in planning and assessing program requirements
  • Integrate activities of other employees to accomplish program objectives
  • Manage the scope of work for program activities
  • Works on project management for multiple activities
  • Identifies resources needed for successful accomplishment
  • Works on Network Design, equipment procurement, equipment configuration and installation
  • Supports security activities such as US government Risk Management Framework Compliance
  • Develops and maintains strategic partnerships with customers, stakeholders and peers
  • Acts as the initial point of escalation for issues or challenges encountered by the team

Requirements

  • Successfully completed Tier 5 Investigation (T5) within the last 5 years
  • 3+ years of experience with Cisco routers and switches & Cisco IOS implementations
  • 3+ years of experience with Design, Implementation and Troubleshooting of Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN)
  • 3+ years of experience utilizing TCP/IP network protocols
  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
  • Experience with Palo Alto next generation firewall systems
  • Experience with network monitoring systems
  • Experience with DNS/DHCP/IPAM
  • Department of Defense (DoD) 8570 certification (Security+ preferred)
  • CCNA, CCNP or other Cisco Certification
