About the role
- Frontend Developer Pleno part of CI&T's AI platform team, building components and optimizing UI elements. Collaborating with UX/UI teams for digital product evolution.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain components and interfaces for the Flow platform, ensuring high performance, quality, and adherence to the established design system;
- Collaborate with UX/UI and Architecture teams to turn prototypes and concepts into functional, scalable experiences;
- Contribute to the team's technical growth by promoting development best practices, conducting code reviews, and mentoring other developers;
- Oversee the delivery lifecycle from conception through maintenance, ensuring the quality and stability of solutions;
Requirements
- Knowledge and experience with React and front-end development
- Propose solutions, organize and review code, and structure tasks
- Collaborative attitude and the ability to work directly with clients
- Support and train mid-level and junior developers you will work with, and possibly coach client staff
- Nice to have:
