About the role

  • Post invoices and expenses in the SAP system, ensuring compliance with internal processes and current legislation;
  • Reconcile invoices against purchase orders and contracts;
  • Analyze applicable taxes, with special focus on service invoices and changes introduced by the Tax Reform;
  • Monitor and interpret changes in tax legislation, especially those related to IBS and CBS;
  • Provide support to cooperatives and suppliers, answering questions about fiscal postings and tax classifications;
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, proposing actions based on performance indicators;
  • Contribute to adapting processes and systems to the new national NFSe requirements and other Tax Reform changes;
  • Collaborate with technical and business areas on system configuration and tax compliance testing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields;
  • Knowledge of finance, tax legislation and service classification;
  • Experience with integrated systems (ERP), preferably SAP;
  • Proficient in Excel (including Macros) and Office 365 tools;
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking) is desirable;
  • Up-to-date on the impacts of the Tax Reform and its effects on invoice issuance.
  • Differentials:
  • Participation in tax adjustment projects related to the Tax Reform;
  • Technical knowledge of the national NFSe technical note and XML layout;
  • Experience mapping services and linking them to the cClassTrib code.
