About the role

• Analista de Patrimônio Pleno managing maintenance contracts and services for Vivo's corporate units. Ensuring compliance and quality in service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage building maintenance contracts and facilities services across corporate units and stores;
• Monitor and ensure execution of outsourced services (cleaning, security, landscaping, electrical/plumbing maintenance, HVAC, etc.);
• Maintain control of suppliers’ performance indicators (KPIs);
• Prepare and review technical scopes for procurement of services;
• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules;
• Manage work orders and operational requests through the system;
• Support improvement and renovation projects in stores and administrative buildings;
• Ensure compliance with technical, environmental and safety standards.

Requirements

• Technical or university degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration or related fields;
• Proven experience in managing building maintenance contracts and facilities;
• Knowledge of maintenance management systems (CMMS);
• Negotiation skills with suppliers and SLA management;
• Intermediate to advanced Excel and familiarity with control tools;
• Good communication, organizational skills and an analytical profile.
• Differentials:
• Experience in corporate and retail environments;
• Knowledge of ABNT standards, NR-10, NR-35 and other regulations related to building infrastructure.
