About the role
- Manage building maintenance contracts and facilities services across corporate units and stores;
- Monitor and ensure execution of outsourced services (cleaning, security, landscaping, electrical/plumbing maintenance, HVAC, etc.);
- Maintain control of suppliers’ performance indicators (KPIs);
- Prepare and review technical scopes for procurement of services;
- Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules;
- Manage work orders and operational requests through the system;
- Support improvement and renovation projects in stores and administrative buildings;
- Ensure compliance with technical, environmental and safety standards.
Requirements
- Technical or university degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration or related fields;
- Proven experience in managing building maintenance contracts and facilities;
- Knowledge of maintenance management systems (CMMS);
- Negotiation skills with suppliers and SLA management;
- Intermediate to advanced Excel and familiarity with control tools;
- Good communication, organizational skills and an analytical profile.
- Differentials:
- Experience in corporate and retail environments;
- Knowledge of ABNT standards, NR-10, NR-35 and other regulations related to building infrastructure.
