About the role

  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide therapy services to clients, ensuring high-quality and compassionate care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including school staff, families, case managers, and medical professionals, to coordinate care.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and uphold ethical standards in clinical practice.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy).
  • On track for licensure as an LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LPC.
  • Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and clinical case documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional boundaries while demonstrating mental resilience.
  • Proficiency with electronic health records and telehealth platforms.
