Design and facilitate claims and underwriting training
Develop and manage learning platforms
Direct and manage cross-functional committees and supervise the design and implementation of training programs
Make decisions involving the direction of major projects and implement plans that affect strategic direction
Requirements
B.A. in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Training or Insurance or equivalent combination of work experience and education required
MA/MBA preferred
Experience working in a multi-state environment
Experience in developing Insurance Claims and Underwriting training curriculum
High degree of collaboration with multi-state team members
Certificates from ATD or similar organizations preferred
Insurance-related professional designations preferred
SHRM-SCP/ SPHR preferred
3+ years in administering learning and development programs
3+ years in managing employees and/or supervisors
3+ years in Instructional Design
Instructional Design certifications a plus
Proven skills in project management
