- Deliver Business Insights & Product Insights through data analysis
- Act as a subject matter expert for the team/clients in designing and recommending appropriate business approaches
- Business research & experiment, and implementation of process/systems for improved performance
- Create visually and verbally engaging reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with internal departmental leads and executives to deliver high-quality execution of projects
Requirements
- 8+ Years of experience in Business Insights & Product Insights
- Skilled in SQL database, Data crunching, Business analytics, Data analytics, and Python (added advantage)
- Deep understanding of A/B testing and key metric identification
- Experience in CC contact channels, digital products, and Digital transformation solutions
- Must have a master’s degree in business administration, Statistics, Information Systems, Applied Math, or any other related field.
