Develop and deploy generative AI solutions, collaborating with business teams at CI&T. Optimize workflows and maintain infrastructure for generative AI systems in São Paulo.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for developing and deploying generative AI solutions.
Your main mission will be to design and orchestrate agent-based AI workflows in collaboration with business teams, ensuring solutions meet the specific needs of different teams.
You will work on prompt optimization, implementation of agent pipelines, and building customized knowledge bases to support use cases.
You will also monitor solution performance, define evaluation metrics, propose continuous improvements, and work closely with more senior engineers and data scientists on solution evolution.
Additionally, this role involves direct collaboration in maintaining established technical infrastructure (such as APIs, containers, and CI/CD), contributing to the robustness, scalability, and reliability of generative AI systems.
Requirements
Strong experience in MLE/MLOps/Machine Learning engineering (minimum ~3 years in the field);
Hands-on experience deploying agent-based AI solutions, with at least 6 months of direct involvement in projects using generative AI and LLMs;
Knowledge in building and tuning prompts for generative AI, constructing agentic RAG solutions using low-code tools, analyzing model performance with LLM observability tools, and performing quantitative and qualitative evaluation of RAG and LLM-based solutions;
Experience with Python, API development, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized solutions.
