Responsibilities
- Responsible in ensuring that works are completed and documentation is recorded accurately and timely
- Supervising operatives ensuring they are working safely in line with RAMS, DABS and HPC processes
- Delivering familiarisation and competency training
- Keeping records for audit purposes
- Ensuring that all designated working areas are set up correctly, and kept organised, clean, tidy and free from obstruction
- Carrying out quality checks on works carried out by the operatives
- Providing support from an operational perspective when required
Requirements
- CITB Supervisory H&S test (must be completed before start date)
- Previous Supervisory Experience
- SSSTS or working towards
- Good IT skills
