About the role

Responsibilities

- Develop test plans specifying objectives, scope, and requirements
- Create automated test scripts using performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling
- Monitor and analyze system metrics using tools like Grafana and Prometheus
- Identify and document bottlenecks based on test results
Requirements
- University degree (Bachelor's or equivalent) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the field
- Strong expertise in analyzing complex data structures and deriving actionable recommendations
- Proficient with common analysis tools and modern testing methodologies
- Good written and spoken German (B2) and business‑fluent English (C1)
