About the role
- Licensed Outpatient Mental Health Therapist evaluating diagnoses and implementing treatment plans. Collaborating with a dynamic team to fill mental health care gaps in the community.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan
- Complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
- Maintain a minimum caseload of 28-30 billable client visits per week for full-time status
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to fill community gaps
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training
Requirements
- Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related fields
- Fully licensed mental health professionals with a valid state of Maryland license
- Required experience with completing treatment plans and clinical case notes
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
