About the role

  • Licensed or Associate Mental Health / Family Therapist providing therapy from Orcas Island office. Collaborating with a supportive team and offering supervision towards licensure while working part-time or full-time.

Responsibilities

  • See clients for in-person therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with a team of therapists
  • Complete notes within 48 hours of services
  • Provide referrals and consultations with psychiatric nurse practitioner as needed
  • Participate in weekly group case consultations
  • Offer supervision towards licensure as required

Requirements

  • Masters or Doctorate in a mental health discipline
  • Current State of Washington licensure as a fully licensed PhD, PsyD, LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC, OR an associate license as an LMFTA, LMHCA, or LSWAIC
  • Strong commitment to social justice and providing access to services for clients
  • Ability to hold a diverse caseload and to work with individuals, couples, and families
  • Must be able to see clients at least one day a week in-person and on-site from Orcas Island office
  • Availability to see clients at least 15 hours per week and to provide at least 10 hours of weekend / evening availability
