Responsibilities
- Perform intake assessments
- Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children

- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
- Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Requirements
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or similar field & be either working towards Art Therapy License or be an Art Therapist
- Current and unrestricted therapy license in the State of Illinois
- Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
