Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Associate providing outpatient therapy sessions and care coordination for behavioral health at RHA Health Services. Engaging with interdisciplinary teams and overseeing service users' needs in North Carolina.
Responsibilities
Running individual, family and group outpatient therapy sessions
Conducts comprehensive clinical assessment and makes service recommendations.
Conducts consumer screening and orientation.
Conducting inpatient group therapy sessions
Orienting new service users to RHA
Developing person-centered plans for service users
Oversee the discharge planning process
Facilitating relationships between RHA, service user families/legal guardians and various social service community resources, such as food stamp and housing assistance, healthcare, job training and placement and substance abuse support groups
Requirements
Must meet the requirements of a LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Associate is defined as an individual who is: (a) an individual who holds a license, provisional license, certificate, registration or permit issued by the governing board regulating a human service profession or (b) the individual must meet the requirements for continuing education to maintain licensure.
Must meet the education, experience, licensure/certification requirements specified by the service definition of the service being provided.

Positions that require driving Proof of driver's license, driver's insurance, and vehicle, IF required for providing transportation for individuals.
