About the role
- Legal Counsel at Kramp supporting global operations with contracts and compliance. Collaborating with business leaders across Europe in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational legal support to Kramp’s global operations, including partnerships and M&A projects
- Be a proactive sparring partner for business leaders and colleagues across departments and countries
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements
- Ensure compliance with key legal areas such as privacy, competition law, product compliance, etc.
- Manage and coordinate external legal counsels
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Dutch Law
- At least 3-6 years of relevant experience as a legal counsel or lawyer at a law firm
- Strong command of English (other European languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to translate complex legal topics into clear, practical advice
- Skilled in cross-cultural communication, comfortable working with international colleagues and external partners
