About the role

  • Play a key role in data valorization, analytics environment development and sector-specific data governance in the Wealth Management and Life and Health Insurance (WMLHI) Data and Analytics Administrative Department
  • Lead the identification of analytical opportunities, documentation of use cases and development of strategic valorization roadmaps
  • Implement concrete methods for monitoring the progress of use cases and the development of data and analytics maturity
  • Serve as an expert advisor to help the business lines understand and operationalize these solutions and manage the ensuing change
  • Explain and simplify complex analytical concepts for decision-making bodies so they can better understand the potential strategic benefits the data offers
  • Identify opportunities to valorize data and evaluate the potential impact in terms of directions and business priorities
  • Prioritize data valorization opportunities, define solutions and develop a three-year roadmap to generate significant business value for the sector
  • Help the sector implement, monitor and manage analytics use cases for the sector data strategy
  • Support and help develop and update standards, guides and programs to further the sector’s strategic projects and initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information studies, business administration or a related field
  • A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
  • Specialization in business administration, business intelligence, artificial intelligence or project management
  • Experience in a strategic planning and support role
  • Experience in data governance and/or business intelligence
  • Connaissance du français nécessaire
  • Knowledge of French is required
  • Knowledge of the wealth management and life and health insurance sectors
  • Knowledge of plain language use in technical fields
