- Lead engineering strategy and ensure technical excellence
- Build high-performing tech team and drive architectural decisions
- Oversee development lifecycle and collaborate with product, design, and leadership
- Ensure platform is technically robust, scalable, and secure
- Maintain and evolve platform architecture for scalability and performance
- Manage day-to-day operations of all technology systems and optimize infrastructure performance
Requirements
- Proven experience as Lead Software Engineer or CTO in a fast-growing tech company (fintech or SaaS preferred)
- Experience in tech stack: React Native, Django (Python), Celery, Kubernetes, Redis, AWS, PostgreSQL
- Strong background in both frontend and backend development, mobile applications, modern frameworks
- Experience scaling platforms with high reliability and security requirements
- Solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure
- Track record of building and leading high-performing tech teams
- Strong communication and leadership skills, able to align tech and business priorities
