About the role

  • Lead the process engineering scope for FEL1 to FEL3 studies across various energy sectors
  • Provide technical direction within multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables
  • Support project management in defining study scopes, schedules, and deliverables
  • Mentor and support junior engineers in their technical development
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand project drivers and provide clear, actionable recommendations

Requirements

  • Degree-qualified in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
  • 10–15 years of experience in process engineering, with a strong background in conceptual and early-phase studies
  • Proven track record of technical leadership within FEL1–FEL3 projects
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous learning
