About the role

• Lead Platform Engineer responsible for technical development of Allvue Everest at PGIM. Collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring timely resolution of platform issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical development and enhancement initiatives for the Allvue Everest platform
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Provide expert-level support for platform issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business disruption
• Create/support key business processes, related dashboards, and interactive reports via Allvue Everest
• Create generic API’s to allow data flows from Allvue Everest to/from internal databases
• Utilize knowledge of the Everest platform to determine and implement best-fit and maintainable solutions for internal business partners
• Design and implement scalable and secure solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards
• Participate in the architecture and system design discussions
• Work in a team environment with product, frontend design, production operation, QE/QA and cross functional teams to deliver a project throughout the whole software development cycle
• Participate in code review to make sure standards and best practices are met
• Maintain documentation and knowledge base for platform configurations and procedures
• Strategic thinking capabilities, strong execution, and accountability for outcomes

• Gain familiarity with all aspects of Private Credits business model to effectively integrate new system applications and/or improve existing business processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent combination of education and 4+ years of experience as System Administrator / Data developer
• Strong, hands-on experience working with the Allvue Everest platform, including custom development as well as built-in system configuration options
• Strong programming experience with .Net and Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience in system analysis, design, development, and implementation of data ingestion pipeline in AWS and knowledge of ETL/ELT
• Ability to communicate technical information in a clear and tactful manner
• Ambition to learn and utilize emerging technologies while working in a stimulating team environment
• Strong Microsoft Office skills required
• Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple priorities
• Ability to effectively troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis
• Comfortable voicing opinions and making recommendations for process improvements
