About the role
- Define and drive the front-end technology vision and roadmap
- Lead technical decisions on frameworks, testing, and CI/CD
- Mentor and coach developers, supporting growth and performance
- Build and strengthen the front-end community across squads
- Ensure alignment and consistency in technical approaches across products
- Promote high-quality code, testing, and risk management
- Stay ahead of front-end trends and drive innovation and continuous improvement
- Support hiring and onboarding of front-end talent
- Combine technical leadership with hands-on development and shaping product evolution
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Front-End Lead, Senior Engineer, or Architect
- Experience with React
- Experience with TypeScript
- Experience with testing frameworks (Cypress, Vitest, Jest, ...)
- Strong knowledge of performance, accessibility, and testing practices
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern front-end tooling
- Exposure to Back-End development or integration (Spring Boot, Kotlin)
- Skilled mentor and communicator with a collaborative mindset
