About the role
- Kundenberater/in im Innendienst für Gewerbe- und Industrieversicherung bei Contrust Versicherungsmakler GmbH. Betreuen von Gewerbekunden und Mitgestaltung der Unternehmenskultur durch OKR-Methodik.
Responsibilities
- Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung unserer Gewerbekunden (Unternehmen ab ca. 50 Mitarbeitern) in den Kompositsparten (außer KFZ, Leben, Kranken)
- Tägliche Beratung unserer Unternehmenskunden zu fachlichen Fragestellungen
- Verhandlung der Renewals, Ausschreibungen und Bedingungsvergleiche
- Vorbereitung und bei Bedarf Teilnahme an Jahresgesprächen gemeinsam mit dem Außendienst
- Aktive Mitgestaltung des Unternehmens im Rahmen unserer OKR-Methodik - z. B. bei der Digitalisierung oder Optimierung interner Abläufe
Requirements
- Mindestens einige Jahre Erfahrung bei einem Versicherungmakler oder Versicherer im Bereich der Gewerbe oder Industrieversicherung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in mindestens einer der Kompositsparten wie zum Beispiel Feuer-Industrie, Betriebs- und Produkthaftpflicht usw.
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann/frau für Versicherungen oder Versicherungsfachwirt, alternativ: einschlägiges Studium
- Spaß daran, auch über die Kundenbetreuung hinaus die Zukunft von Contrust aktiv mitzugestalten und sich persönlich weiterzuentwickeln
