- You track and analyse sales numbers in wholesale and B2B channels, ensuring accuracy and connecting insights with the Finance team.
- You prepare and maintain sales documents, reports, and presentations, providing more detailed data for decision-making.
- You update and monitor data in CRM and other internal systems, ensuring everything is up to date.
- You coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflows and timely follow-ups.
- You assist in handling customer inquiries and providing the sales team with relevant information.
- You help track sales activities and support internal reporting.
Requirements
- You have a business-related education (e.g., business school, commercial training) or first practical experience in a similar role.
- You are detail-oriented, numbers-savvy, and enjoy working with data and processes.
- You have a sharp eye for accuracy and enjoy working with sales and financial figures.
- You are proactive, supportive, and able to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- You are comfortable using MS Office/Google Workspace (experience with CRM tools is a plus)
- You are fluent in English and German; French or other languages are a plus.
- You are eager to learn, motivated to grow within a sales and operations environment, and interested in wholesale/B2B business.
