- Practical, hands-on insight into various IT infrastructures (Windows Server, VMware, Azure Cloud, networking technologies)
- Installation and administration of hardware and software
- Participation in IT support – assisting our internal and external customers with technical questions
- Initial experience in the configuration and administration of cloud services
- Collaboration with experienced colleagues on exciting projects
- Getting to know processes related to IT security, backup and recovery
- Documentation of technical solutions, e.g. using Jira
Requirements
- A good school leaving certificate (Mittlere Reife or higher)
