About the role

• IT Security Architect responsible for security measures and concepts at INFORM. Collaborating with IT teams to improve security and ensure reliable software systems.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving security measures across the entire organization.
• You will work closely with central IT and other departments to effectively plan, prioritize, and coordinate security-related activities.
• Together with IT teams, you develop technical security concepts based on risk, threat, and vulnerability analyses.
• You implement security measures, optimize existing solutions, and think innovatively to continuously enhance security procedures.
• You define clear procedures and action guidelines for preventing and managing security incidents.
• In critical situations, you make quick, well-founded decisions and communicate them clearly and efficiently within the organization.
• You also take responsibility for coordinating with external security experts and service providers.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in IT security (e.g., as an IT Security Engineer, Cyber Security Architect, IT Security Manager, or Security Operations Manager).
• Experience securing Windows domains, IT systems, and networks, and a solid understanding of the challenges and best practices in IT security.
• A self-directed and structured working style and a strongly solution-oriented mindset to implement security measures effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-focused manner to explain complex security topics clearly and understandably.
• Business-fluent German and fluent English (both at least C1 level).
• A high degree of team spirit and enjoyment of working in a team to achieve a common goal.
