Responsibilities
You are responsible for implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving security measures across the entire organization.
You will work closely with central IT and other departments to effectively plan, prioritize, and coordinate security-related activities.
Together with IT teams, you develop technical security concepts based on risk, threat, and vulnerability analyses.
You implement security measures, optimize existing solutions, and think innovatively to continuously enhance security procedures.
You define clear procedures and action guidelines for preventing and managing security incidents.
In critical situations, you make quick, well-founded decisions and communicate them clearly and efficiently within the organization.
You also take responsibility for coordinating with external security experts and service providers.
Requirements
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in IT security (e.g., as an IT Security Engineer, Cyber Security Architect, IT Security Manager, or Security Operations Manager).
Experience securing Windows domains, IT systems, and networks, and a solid understanding of the challenges and best practices in IT security.
A self-directed and structured working style and a strongly solution-oriented mindset to implement security measures effectively.
Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-focused manner to explain complex security topics clearly and understandably.
Business-fluent German and fluent English (both at least C1 level).
A high degree of team spirit and enjoyment of working in a team to achieve a common goal.
